Wolfgang Rigler, graduate from the University of Vienna in Economics, has gathered 16 years of experience in Privatizations, Corporate Finance, M&A and Corporate Restructuring projects throughout Central Eastern Europe as well as Central Asia. His professional career in Central Eastern Europe includes 2 years with a private Venture Capital Firm, 6 years with Raiffeisen Investment, as well as 8 years with the World Bank as Consultant to the Government of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Serbia. Wolfgang Rigler is co-author of the "Handbook for Mergers and Acquisitions", and "Export Handbook" and has published a number of articles. Currently he is involved in various acquisition and financing transactions in CEE working with international investors. As a member of our advisory board he promotes matrix consult through his network in South East Europe and provides us with international expertise and experience in the banking and finance services sector.
